The Clubhouse has beautiful outdoor spaces that can accommodate larger weddings and receptions for 400 guests, and priced accordingly,

Rehearsal Dinner $900 minimum

For up to 45 people. Larger parties up to 125 people are priced at $25 per additional guest

Evening events (May be scheduled between 3 p.m. – 10 p.m.)
Sunday - Friday Evening $25 per person, minimum $900
Saturday Evening $25 per person, minimum $1,500, for events other than weddings

Daytime events (May be scheduled between 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.)
Sunday- Friday $25 per person, minimum $900
Saturday $25 per person, minimum $900, for events other than weddings

Prices include 7 hours: Events are 3 hours long, with 3 hours for setup beforehand, and 1 hour for cleanup, after the event. Wedding ceremonies: ½ hour is added and is included in the pricing for a wedding & reception. The 3 hours before the ceremony time is available for the wedding party and vendors’ set up only. Day of the wedding ‘dressing’, from 8am until the ceremony, is $750.00.

Alcohol may be provided by the Clubhouse member with a $10 alcohol fee per guest who drinks. A facility fee of 10% is added to all vendors’ total charges: caterers, florists, decorators, table and other rentals, and all outside services, except event planners and photographers. Clubhouse tables are $10 each. Linens are $10 or $20 each, depending on size. Chairs are $5, white ‘gladiator style’, or $7 mahogany Chiavari, each. Pricing includes event set up and break down.

All prices are subject to change prior to a written contract with the Clubhouse on Highland
